We bring together manufacturers, importers, distributors, processors and professional partners with the aim of supporting sustainable development and the efficient functioning of the textile sector.

The association was established as a reaction to upcoming legislative changes in the textile sector, particularly the implementation of the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) system, new registration and reporting obligations, textile take-back, and the upcoming digital product passport for products.

EKOCHARITA, which is part of the working group at the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic, has founded the Slovak Association of Textile Manufacturers, Distributors, Processors and Cooperating Partners (SATEX).
EKOCHARITA has been preparing the necessary transport, collection, and processing infrastructure for manufacturers and distributors since 2024.
EKOCHARITA, which is part of the working group at the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic, has founded the Slovak Association of Textile Manufacturers, Distributors, Processors and Cooperating Partners (SATEX).
